If you are not satisfied with the original condition of your purchased item, you may return the item within 30 days from order receipt date for a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any faulty or damaged on arrival items are to be reported within 30 days of dispatch date, maximum 10 days of receipt.
Refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit, debit card or PayPal (whichever is applicable), used to purchase the product.
No questions asked returns accepted.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
Contact us to receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions. Please have your order number available. To obtain the RA number, please provide us with the order number and reason for the return.
We will not accept returned merchandise without a return authorization (RA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.
Once you receive a return authorization you may return unused items, in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards, owner’s manuals, etc. within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Returns without the complete original packaging will not be accepted.
Please retain proof of sending/receipt. If you are shipping an item over $45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please allow 1 week from the date we receive the return for credit.
Any damage marks or visual wear marks for amber jewelry will be refused return.
We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages, therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your order has been sent outside of the European Union, we are unable to refund any customs duties and sales taxes that you may have incurred. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs authorities directly.
